1) Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing the Site, creating an account, or purchasing any product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts. You are responsible for complying with all local laws applicable to your access and purchases.
3) Accounts & Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4) Product Listings, Descriptions & Grading Disclaimers
We specialize in numismatic collectibles and related items (coins, banknotes, medals, tokens, watches, jewelry, art, and accessories).
Unless expressly stated otherwise, items are sold as‑is and in the condition described and/or shown in photographs. Minor variations in color due to lighting, monitors, or photography are not misrepresentations.
Any grades or opinions (including third‑party grading such as PCGS/NGC/PMG) are opinions, not guarantees. Cross‑grading outcomes can differ. We do not guarantee future grading results or regrades.
Measurements, weights, mint marks, varieties, and attributions are provided in good faith; buyers must review photographs and ask questions before purchase.
Bullion‑priced items are valued in reference to the precious‑metal spot market and are subject to volatility (see §7 and §10).
5) Pricing, Payments & Taxes
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless noted. We may correct typographical errors at any time and cancel orders affected by such errors.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. We may use fraud‑prevention and address verification; orders can be declined or cancelled if risk is detected.
Where required, sales/use taxes are collected at checkout. International buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, fees, and customs clearance.
6) Order Acceptance, Edits & Cancellations
Your order is an offer to buy; we accept only when we dispatch the item(s) or otherwise confirm acceptance.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing error, regulatory issue, item no longer available).
Buyer‑requested cancellations before shipment may be subject to a 4% processing fee to cover non‑refundable payment costs.
7) Strict Shipping Policy
Processing Time. Typical processing is 1–2 business days after payment clears. Large orders, consignment verifications, or compliance checks may require additional time.
Carriers & Services. We ship via reputable carriers with tracking. Signature confirmation is required for orders ≥ USD $200 (or where we deem appropriate).
Insurance. Shipments are insured at our discretion up to the order value (excluding taxes/fees) unless otherwise stated.
Address Accuracy. We ship only to the verified address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
International Shipments. Buyer is responsible for all import duties, VAT/GST, brokerage, and customs compliance. We cannot misdeclare value or contents.
Delivery Issues. If tracking shows delivered, risk of theft after delivery rests with the buyer. For damage or loss in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery scan (or expected delivery date for non‑receipt) and preserve all packaging to support a claim.
8) Risk of Loss & Title
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the goods to the carrier. For insured claims, you must cooperate fully with the claims process.
9) Inspection Window & Strict Return / Refund Policy
We aim to represent items accurately and maintain high standards for collectible integrity. Because market conditions, third‑party opinions, and handling can materially affect value, returns are strictly limited as follows:
9.1 Inspection Window
You must inspect items within 72 hours (3 calendar days) of carrier delivery scan.
Within that window you must email us with your order number, reason, and photos/video of the item as received.
If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with instructions.
9.2 Eligible Returns Returns are accepted only for:
Authenticity Concerns: When a recognized authority (e.g., PCGS/NGC/PMG or a mutually agreed independent expert) certifies the item as not genuine.
9.3 Condition Requirements Condition Requirements**
Items must be returned exactly as received.
Sealed holders/slabs must remain intact. Opening, cracking, cleaning, conservation, or any alteration voids eligibility.
Include all original packaging, certificates, and accessories.
9.4 Ineligible Items (No Returns)
Bullion‑priced items or items whose price is primarily tied to the metals spot market.
Items sold as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “As‑Is.”
Lots with multiple items where the issue pertains to subjective grade disagreement.
Custom orders, resized jewelry, or any item altered after delivery.
9.5 Refund Method & Fees
Upon approved return and inspection, refunds are made to the original payment method or as store credit at your option.
Original shipping is non‑refundable.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance using trackable, signature‑required service.
A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns not due to our error.
Payment processing fees we incurred (typically ~3–4%) may be non‑refundable per the processor’s policies.
9.6 Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first following this return process may be considered breach of these Terms. We will provide documentation to the processor accordingly.
10) Precious‑Metal Market Volatility; Price Locks
For bullion‑priced items, prices may update frequently. Your price is locked when checkout is completed and payment is received. We cannot retroactively adjust for market moves.
11) Authenticity Guarantee (Lifetime)
We stand behind the authenticity of our numismatic items. If a recognized grading service (PCGS/NGC/PMG) or mutually agreed expert later determines an item is not genuine, we will refund the purchase price upon return of the item in the same condition (see §9). This guarantee does not cover subjective grade differences or changes after third‑party conservation/cleaning.
12) Consignments & Marketplace Listings
Where we list items on behalf of consignors, we act as agent. Payment remittance and timelines to consignors are governed by separate consignment agreements. We may remove any listing at our discretion.
13) Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards
Promotional offers cannot be combined unless expressly permitted. Coupons may exclude bullion and consignment items. Expired promotions will not be honored retroactively.
14) Compliance, Sanctions & Export Controls
You agree not to purchase items for, or ship to, any person or jurisdiction subject to U.S. sanctions or export restrictions (e.g., OFAC). We may screen transactions to comply with law and may cancel orders if required.
15) Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (i) misuse the Site; (ii) attempt to bypass security; (iii) scrape or reproduce content without permission; (iv) infringe IP rights; or (v) engage in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior.
16) Intellectual Property & Copyright Disclaimer
All content on the Site—including logos, text, photographs, product descriptions, graphics, and layouts—is owned by or licensed to Collectorly and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other IP laws.
